global-functions: $EitherOr: pass boolean value

Note that literal "true" or "false" (even without quotes) is converted
to string. So you may have to enclose it in parentheses for a boolean
value:

    > :put [ :typeof [ $EitherOr true false ] ];
    str
    > :put [ :typeof [ $EitherOr (true) (false) ] ];
    bool
